Before and After School Care

Need more flexible hours for picking up your children? Nunawading Christian College offers before and after school care. Students are provided with snacks, receive homework help, participate in craft and have supervised play outside. Primary and Secondary students can also receive additional help from teachers on a Wednesday afternoon during SASS (Secondary) and Homework Club (Primary).



Mornings from 7am until school starts ($8).
Evenings from 3:30pm – 6:30pm ($15).

NCC buses travel throughout the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne to the College every morning and afternoon.



Places are available on all bus routes. Please see detailed bus routes, fill out the bus application form and return to the administration office to book your place.

Please note: buses travel can change slightly if you are close to one of the existing runs.

Year 9 Challenge

Every Year 9 student at Nunawading Christian College participates in the Challenge Program. The program encourages students to discover their potential and the possibility for growth outside their comfort zone. Practical activities combined with personal reflection helps each child discover more about themselves and look beyond themselves to the needs of others.

Parent Involvement

NCC is grateful for all the hours and money our school family put in through the Parent Involvement Program (PIP) to make the college a better place to learn and work. Each family is encouraged to contribute 4 hours or contribute a grounds and maintenance levy of $250 per term.

Uniform Shop

The college uniform shop is open Monday mornings from 8.30am to 9.00am and Thursday afternoons from 3:00pm to 3:45pm for trying on uniforms. Extended hours are also made available before the beginning of each school year.

Online School Canteen

The Nunawading Christian College canteen is run by Parents who provide nutritious, vegetarian food and a menu with with lots of variety.
